I sent a request for a booking for our 10th anniversary a month ago and has received no feedback only for my husband to call and be told now it's fully booked for the month of Feb. I am disgusted by this attitude of the establishment not even an apology nothing. This sets a really bad image for the restaurant and Hotel!

We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service we received from the hospitality manager and her colleague. We purchased a voucher through Wikideal specifically to celebrate Valentine’s Day. My husband called more than 10 times and sent emails trying to make a dinner reservation before eventually getting through. He even called again afterwards to confirm that our booking was secured, and we were reassured that everything was in order. When we arrived on the day, we were shockingly told that our voucher was not valid for their Valentine’s Day special and that we would need to return another time. This was extremely upsetting, especially considering the multiple confirmations we received beforehand. The situation escalated further due to the unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from staff. We were shouted at as we were walking out the door, which was humiliating and completely inappropriate customer service. We made a great deal of effort to plan this special evening together. We arranged childcare and paid a nanny to look after our baby, only for our Valentine’s Day plans to be completely ruined due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, we are now unable to obtain a refund because the voucher was purchased in January. It is incredibly unfair that customers must carry the loss for mistakes and miscommunication on the establishment’s side. We would strongly urge management to investigate this matter and take accountability. At the very least, we believe a refund or suitable compensation should be considered, as this entire experience has been unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

So I made a booking on the 8/9th of November with a guy named kwanila who apparently doesn't work anymore. However the booking wasn't made. But he sent me a confirmation email stating that he made a booking but the mail was in my spam box which gets deleted automatically and now I can get the mail. However I phone the hotel to find out of the booking is still confirmed according to me a female named tembie says no. So now I am a little edgy caus ei have made plans to put in leave and other reservations. Tembie says however she will sort it out and send me a mail to confirm after waiting 30min for the mail stating that the booking is confirmed I phone to find out a guy answers and says he'll get tembie now as he does that she comes on and asks who it is etc. And then puts the phone on hold and I waited a out 6min and then I canceled the call. What pathetic service. Service delivery is down the drain.

This place is a disgrace. My colleagues saved up for months for our year end function and we chose this place. The service was appalling and no manager intervened even after complaining. Sent emails, no response. Entire evening wasted!!

I went for lunch at the Harbour Bridge Hotel yesterday ( 9 October ), when we got there we asked to sit outside, our waiter didn't even bother to wipe our table until we eventually asked. My friend had bought a wikideal and one of the options on the wikideal were Lamb chops. We ordered lamp chops and after 20min our waiter cam e back to us to tell us that they are out of chops. He said that the food would be ready in about 15min, so when he is about to bring the food, there isn't any. We complained, he said he understands, we can either take something else and we said we want Lamb, that's why we bought the deal. He said that we can come back the next day- forgetting that we spent money to even get there. Which would now be a waste of time! We asked for the manager. Tiegan cameto apologise to us and said that all of their lamb had been finished the previous night, their orders only come in on a Monday. She further went to advise of items they don't have. Because we then asked for Oxtail She said they don't have any meat or Bobotie. She gave us 2 ****tails each to apologise. As, we got our food after an hour, a ered couple walked in and ordered Oxtail (Can I just mention that they were white?) and they got their Oxtail just like that! Tiegan then said no it had just been finished cooked. So was there Oxtail and we are not the preferred race for meat? She then said again that it had just arrived but takes long to cook. It looked like everyone knew that there was Oxtail and Lamb because afterwards we saw the lamb too but all the waiters said they can't answer. What a waste of out time and money! I can't believe there are people who still do that?? How will you gain business with such awful treatment? One of our dessert orders was Malva pudding but it was also not available

The most appalling customer service there is. I booked for a group of friends to have dinner and drinks there. I also organised with them for drinks which already was paid in advance. On the night of the dinner, they denied I ever paid for any of this, it took 3 hours to sort it out, nevermind the embarrassment of this. They advertise on a 3rd party site hyperli for vouchers you can buy but fail to reconcile the number of vouchers bought. I gave you a rating of 1 star solely because there isn't a negative rating. Would not rate they sorry excuse for an establishment.

I would like to warn all of our black brothers and sisters please refrain from using aha harbour and Bridge hotel because this hotel is for white and Indian people those are the people they prioritise . I booked into this hotel and there was no room service the room was fifty and I slept like a *** only thing I received from a stupid Indian manager was "sorry for the inconvenience" business from us as black people is not required in this hotel as we are being treated with disrespect.
