BEWARE of The Capital Hotels & Apartments and Agent Clive REFUSING to Pay Back Our R17,000 Deposit!
I am absolutely disgusted with the way The Capital Hotels & Apartments and their so-called agent Clive have handled our deposit refund. We paid a R17,000 deposit, which came from my brother, Christian and now Clive is refusing to pay it back. We’ve been chasing them for weeks, and all we’ve received are excuses, lies, and total disregard. The service is beyond unprofessional it’s shady and dishonest. What kind of “reputable” apartment and hotel group allows this kind of behaviour from someone representing them? How do you work with someone like Clive, who thinks it’s okay to withhold money that doesn’t belong to him and offer no proper explanation or accountability? This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and emotionally exhausting. It’s theft, plain and simple. I’m posting this to warn others. DO NOT trust The Capital Hotels & Apartments, and definitely DO NOT deal with Clive. If this is how they treat tenants when it comes to something as important as returning a deposit, imagine what else they’re capable of hiding. We demand our R17,000 back immediately.

Awesome
Their service was wonderful, they showed care and patience with us. Made sure we were Ok and covered with everything we needed, the rooms were always clean and they made sure to clean them everyday. The food was amazing too

STAFF not there to work but after married men
Their STAFF Millicent in Guest Relations fraternizes with married men, she even told my husband to come over to her house as she stays alone. Is the staff there, there to work or look for married men. Just be careful booking in with your husbands

Bad hotel
The whole capital hotel in sandton is a bad hotel. I’m not trying to spoil their business but they can do better. They don’t have respect for we blacks. They only respect the whites. That’s unprofessional of them. Thanks Joel

Bad hotel
The whole capital hotel in sandton is a bad hotel. I’m not trying to spoil their business but they can do better. They don’t have respect for we blacks. They only respect the whites. That’s unprofessional of them. Thanks Joel

Bongi deserves to smell her flowers
Bongi from the restaurant is AMAZING! Not only did she do an incredible job serving my friends and I, but she went on to do an even better job serving all the guests at my friends baby shower on the 27th of Feb.
