WORST SERVICE EVER
WORST SERVICE EVER. When we bought the vehicle a gentlemen named Jaco made an appointment with us for signature and taking possession of the vehicle for 09:30. He only arrived an hour and a half later. its now 3 weeks later and we still don't have our registration document and number plates. Radio silence and no response to messages within a reasonable time - only 3 days later if lucky. Excuses the whole time that it is going rough but i am sorry - its not an excuse.

The worst experience ever. Selling cars that are broken. Shavir is a smooth talking good for nothing... Please look at their reviews, they have a history of ***** deals.

CFC saves the day
Excellent service from Shavir Bhawandeen- he saved the day! We were referred specifically to Shavir after a frustrating experience at another financier and we are so thankful! He supported us through many back and forths and kept pushing to help us take delivery of the vehicle asap amid. All other parties in the sale were dragging their feet, but Shavir made things happen. I never before thought of the possibility of using a broker for car finance, but after this experience I will definitely recommend The Car Finance Company.

CFC saves the day

Poor customer service
I've purchased a vehicle with the assistance of the car finance company. I have notified Shavir (who assisted with the deal) on a few occasions that the vehicle I purchased has numerous problems and they did nothing to assist me. I took vehicle to get serviced and when car was inspected I notified shavir of the problems of the car and also how the car was issued with a roadworthy certificate because of the faults and they did nothing to assist. When I initially purchased the car, they gave it to me and then took it back because the VIN number was incorrect and I still had to continue to pay my car insurance, wesbank in this period (which was over a month), due to no fault of my own, and they offered no assistance in helping me. Since I bought the car I've learnt the car was in an accident and I was misinformed from the point of sale. Upon notifying Shavir of this, he again offered no assistance. I've had the worst experience with CFC I called their customer service line and was promised a call back as no one was available, as of yet no call or anything.

CAR FINANCE COMPANY
Very bad experience they are so unhelpful when the deal went through this car was R120 000 that my wife has not even driven because there was so much stuff wrong she spent 7 000 on repairs.. And now two months of having the car the motor went.. The sump was broken because of an accident they they lied about saying the car was never. Now no1 wants to help my wife..they just ignore her
