I have called yesterday asking for a specific mattress and wanted 2 mattresses. They did not have but told me it would be there today, I confirmed with him this morning and was told yes, there is two. I drove all the way there (more than 60km) only to be told he received a delivery note from head office that the beds he told me I can come and purchase must now go for an order on Takealot. This is very unprofessional and THE WORST CUSTOMER service!!! I would never recommend them at all and now I understand why they are not on Google maps because I am sure I 'm not the only person with a bad experience.

Good morning.. my name is Mieta Maquenna I bbought a Renault Clio at Toyota McCarthy Centurion on the 26 February 2020, and on the 28 i was on my way to Eastern cape then i stopped at the garage to check water and oil since i was heading the road. when we open the water bottle we find that the was no water and i poured water before i leave at home then i run to the shop to but antifreeze then when i start the car before pouring the antifreeze then the water came back from the pipes then i notified my sells person who was Phindile via watsup she just viewed the watsup she did not response i was busy complaining about the car since until August when the water mixed with oil in the water bottle the car overheated the i too it to the nearedt Reanult dealership which is Wonderwaters is Wonderboom. there i found Lindiwe Masilela she is a very nice lady who was doing up and down about my car then they found out that the problem was with the top gasket then the sent me the quotation i send it to Toyota McCarthy to pay the paid it early December the i collected the car but it was not fixed properly because it stared again on the 19 December complaining about the engine failure and it overheated again i took it back on the 21 to be fixed for the second time they told me they unpacked the engine for the second time now i took it again im having a temporary job that i must always take the th car back to Reanult everytime when the oil is mixed with water in the bottle this is affecting me and my job because i cant always run to the dealership this car is making a year now but i have only 6 months with it because the car is always at the dealership to be fixed can you please help me i just don't know what to do now

I bought a car from The car warehouse in July..First issue was with the battery. After going back and fotth they finally gave me the new battery...the worst nightmare was when they had to had to change ownership of the car to my name...I had to wait for a full month and days before i ended up going to traffic department to do it myself with my own money..The manager Terence and the salesperson PJ kept lying to me saying they waiting on traffic department only to find that was all a lie...so buy a car from this dealer at your own risk..their service is bad

I bought for my daughter a Hyundai i10 on 26 October 2019. Even with repeated requests for the papers, and the vehicle to be transferred to her name, it has not been done. (17 Jan 2020) The owner keeps telling me he is waiting on the bank to deliver the papers. I have today lodged a formal complaint with the Motor Industry of South Africa Ombudsman.

Not Happy with the Service at all I have spoken to many people nobody could help with a Courtesy Vehicle I purchased the vehicle this November 2019 after I have send it back to the workshop for a oil leak vehicle was then returned with a worse problem where the Camshaft pulley was and is completely loose and V Belt fell off the Car is now not running and I am still waiting for the Tow Away to workshop.
