Forgot appointments, forgot tools, forgot what he needed to do...

Quality of work is ok, but between the missed appointments, borrowing of my tools (keeps forgetting his own), and forgetting about part of the job he needed to do ****ill his wife reminded him it was on the job card), I can't recommend him. Also had a sour attitude when I gave him this feedback.
