If I could give Cleaning Brothers in Melrose Arch no stars I would. The lady in the front is so Rude not only to customers but to her colleagues too- The tailer and guys that work at the back. she speaks down on them and like children in front of clients.- Dogs are spoken to better than she speaks to them

My colleagues and I have had the same experience with her incapable of solving problems and coming up to a compromise with unsatisfied work. She does not greet, she speaks and operates like she is working doesn't care. no smile and has an attitude. what a waste of my money for work I am not happy with

If that business could replace her they would do much better. I will no longer be taking my clothing Items there.
