Poor workmanship and rude service

I took a pair of Hi-tec takkies to them to have resoled on 3rd of February. The lady told me to collect it 6 days later, the following Minday. When I arrived there on the said day, it was not done. She informed me that the guy only starts work at 11.30 and I should come back then. She also stated that when he arrives, she will insists that he finish my shoes first. I went back at 1pm and the shoes were still not done. I eventually received the shoes. To my horror, 3 days later, the soles came off the talkies. I went back there this morning to inform them of their poor workmanship and showed the guy pictures of the separated soles. The lady was not there and the guy's who works there was rude and abusive. I will never deal with these people again.
