Cannot sell coins back to coin company

<p>I bought coins from this company via e-mail in May 2011 successfully without any delay. As per their website states they buy the coins back, I have been tryimg to sell my coins back to them without any response from them after sending numerous e-mails and messages on their website requesting this from 14 July 2017. Beware before buying coins from them if your intension is selling it back to them, as NOT getting this sold now from the same company!!!</p>
