Took my money, then disappeared

Absolutely terrible service. I paid half the deposit for a couch, it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received it as yet. The owner's cellphone has been off and his been unresponsive. I was promised everyday that the couch would be delivered to my place "within the next hour". I took special leave from work in anticipation of receiving my couch. I had a family house warming, only for the guests to come to a home with no couches. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
