Best service this far
I saw an ad on Facebook market place for a L shape couch, made contact with a lovely, polite and very helpful lady Nicky who advised my on the colors and fabric via watsapp. She took my order, made the couch to my specification, kept me posted throughout the process and to my surprise i took delivery before the stipulated timeframe. I received exactly what i saw in the pictures on FB and watsapp and i am so happy with my set.If anyone is looking for new couches I would highly recommend Chris and Nicky (0714020616) for the beautiful couches and the very professional service. Thank you guys!

I regret buying from the Couchman Retailer
I would suggest never buying from these people. they will take your money, sit on it for months and not bother making your couch. they will then threaten you that the quality of the couch will be compromised

Worst and unreliable service
I contacted the Couchman via WhatsApp, it took almost a week just to get the right invoice from them. As per the terms and conditions I waited for 20 working days to start enquiring about when I would get my couches. I ordered on the 29th of June and today is the 3rd of August and I still have no couches. The manager Patience is rude and only gives two worded responses. I’m still waiting for them to tell me what the delay is and what the expected delivery date is. I will never make the mistake of buying from this company ever again. The worst service I’ve ever seen, they simply do not care!

Pierre Cardin bag
I bought a bag about a month ago at The Couchman in Gateway. I payed R550 for it as it was on special. 3 Weeks later my zip broke, I dont understand how can it break after just 1 month, Pierre Cardin bag! So i took it back and they told me that it would take them 6 months to have it repaired. I asked them why does it take so long. I was told that it has to go back to their supplier... No ways unless their supplier is in China! I will never ever bye anything from this store again. I thought they sell genuine products but NOPE ALL FAKE.

The couchman flop
We ordered a couch on 15 September at the couchman warehouse. We showed the sales lady the exact style, colour and extras that we needed. We paid and was told that manufacturing would take up to 15 working days. After the 16th working day I phoned to follow up on the progress. The sales lady said that the factory was struggling with the colour and that it would take longer. This morning, on 16 October (22 working days since the order was placed) I was told that the couch would be delivered during the day. Later on I was phoned and told that the delivery would have to be after hours. I arranged for the couch to be delivered at 6pm. At 6pm I phoned the delivery man and was told I would have the couch at 7:30pm. 8:15pm the couch was delivered and we were very dissapointed with the fact that the shape and parameters were NOT what we ordered and paid for. We were very excited for our new couch, but this will be the last time that we make use of this business's services. I hope that the service and turnaround time to fix the mistake wont be as poor as the first time round.

Honestly the worst couch retailer. They took a week to find my proof of payment. My couches were not delivered after 15 working days as promised. I was promised my couches today, Saturday, 9 June 2018. No ETA was given as to when I could expect delivery. When they did eventually call me, I was told the delivery truck had broken down. The manager didn’t make time to speak to me and explain what would happen. They are not worth the money or time spent!! Disappointed.
