Disgusting service
Visited the Waterfall one .Such Bad service from the receptionist Brendan Mthembu.He is very rude and not an international standard customer care representative

Courtyard Gqeberha Summerstrand treats guests great!
I had the pleasure of being treated like a queen at Courtyard Summerstrand Gqeberha. Kudos to the entire team for being so efficient and friendly. A special compliment ges out to Lelethu :) she is absolutely amazing and patient.

Problem turning into happiness!
I had a few problems while staying at the Courtyard Rosebank, with the room itself, not with the staff. I communicated with Natasja through email, and she was incredibly friendly and gracious about the whole experience. Thank you so much.

Best Hotel
The Breakfast was very good a huge variety to choose from and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms was in excellent condition and very clean. Perfect view of the ocean.Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Safe environment.

Best Hotel
The Breakfast was very good a huge variety to choose from and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms was in excellent condition and very clean. Perfect view of the ocean.Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Safe environment.

Court Yard Hotel Waterfall, Highline Restaurant- Disappointed
I absolutely love the Highline restaurant but I am disappointed in the service I received, I made a booking at the Highline Restaurant on the 22/11. The restaurant was closed but a lady assisted me with taking down my details and said the booking would be made, on the 25/11, I called to confirm this booking only to be told that the Highline Restaurant was booked out for a private function and I could not be assisted. This was totally unacceptable and should have been communicated earlier.
