Be sure to double check your quote
Great product however the sales rep does not listen well to your request despite been told 3 times. I suggest if you call them out for a quote you check the quote & sketch provided to ensure it is what you the client wants and not what the sales rep thinks you want. Because of the above I had to order additional pavers as well as in having to pay an additional R 750-00 for delivering when the short supply was not my fault but that of the sales rep. They also state on their quote and delivery note that you will be refunded for the pallet deposit (which was never even left on our property but kept on their truck) however to date no one has even bothered to respond to my emails requesting the refund. Very disappointing.

Professional and efficient service throughout. We dealt with both Romalia Martin Phiri and Chris Anderson who were both attentive, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with them

Cannot be Trusted - Wrong Colours - False Advertising on Website Great Service Up Front, Shocking Delivery
Placed an order based on the products advertised on their website Different colour arrived. The product is only available in two colours, brown, and grey. Ordered grey they sent brown and then tried to convince me i am color blind. Their own staff admitted in writing that the colour doesnt match what was ordered, but then they spin a long story first about production runs, and then trying to insist that the colour will change over time, like its a miracle stone. in writing confirmed they will send the delivery in a bakkie due to our tight access points and then sent a 6 ton truck Cannot be Trusted

Thumbs up to Creative Stone! We recently placed an order for stones for our new pool. We came across a few stones that had defects. This company immediately responded to my request, was on site the following day and replaced all stones the same day! Great service and will definitely recommend their services. The Creative Stone Company: Terrible Quality of Pavers - Flagstones 600x600 Cotswold
We order the pavers to cover over 220 square meters from The Creative Stone Company. For the installation we used The Paving Team as recommend by the Creative Stone Company The pavers where installed in August 2019. Since then I have raised the concerns regarding the erosion of all of the pavers installed. We were told by The Paving Team we did not have to seal the pavers and on the Creative Stone Company website it only mention that sealing will prevent staining not erosion (on the T&Cs). I have many picture of the erosion which i will share. The quality of the pavers is terrible. I am very disappointed at how Creative Stone Company and The Paving Team have not tried to sort out this issue.I am still waiting for feedback on how this will be rectified. I would not recommend using their products or services
