****med by "The Denim Store ZA"

I would give this site less than one star if it was possible. They ****med me (my young son..) out of his many months of savings where he found a pair of shoes that he loved on this site. He checked out "The Denim Store" online, and it returned favourable reviews; he discussed this with me and he placed his order and paid over his money. However, "The Denim Store" we thought we were buying from is not "The Denim Store ZA", which is the site where we placed the order. The sites look similar and at face value its hard to see that its not the same Company. After having received notification that the shoes were being shipped, we waited for weeks and nothing arrived. At one point I was able to call a number provided on WhatsApp, and got through to I'm sorry to say, a very dubious sounding character. When I mentioned our concerns we were cut off, and could not get hold of him again. My son was heartbroken, having spent his hard earned (he worked for it) savings on a pair of shoes that never arrived.
