The most unprofessional car Centre I have ever heard of.

As per analysis of the car, he was told the thermostat needed to be replaced and it would take a few days for the part to be ordered. That was a month ago. The job has already been paid for and the car still has not been fixed. Utterly disgusted by how these people keep promising to get things done and not delivering on that promise.
