So it’s good for both kids and adults, the more the better. You currently pay R50 for the paint and the table then there is the amount written below the ceramics, we spent R200 as we weren’t there for long, we arrived at 16:20 but still experienced the place. However I’d suggest you arrive earlier to experience the place with no rush.

<div>Sno factory Ltd (pty) Are scammers! I need some household items and went on Facebook marketplace to get them since I’m too busy with work! I was giving a WhatsApp number to contact, a catalogue of the items I needed was sent with the prices on them, which i chose what I needed, I was ask to make an initial (half payment,) and was told that one my payment is confirmed,a driver was deliver the items, a number and name of the driver was sent!I was giving this account details for payment which I did make the payment, Bank name : TymeBank Acc no. : 51059221269 Branch code : 678910 Sno factory Ltd (pty) 1725 Only for them to ask me to pay the balance or they won’t deliver because Tymebank takes time to get my payment from FNB, then it occurred to me that I’ve been scammed,, here is their website-http://www.snofridgefactory.co.za</div>

I am really disappointed in the owner and staff lack of response, I purchased a dishwasher in Feb 2021 and to date have been waiting to hear of the part/parts that are missing in my machine. I have sent videos and pictures. I am not in Gauteng and have travelled from the North West a few times and each time I have made effort of going to their Alrode store, no resolution . I have been prepared to purchase the parts and pay for installation. I had initially recommended them to family and friends... I will not be recommending them to anyone and will voice my dissatisfaction. There is NO AFTER SALES SERVICE . No difference buying from them and a scammer..

Am writing this with a very sad heart, and concerned about how they operate in this business.I bought a fridge for R11000 and only used for 2 months. I bought in Sep 2021 and reported to them in Jan and they said the guarantee is finished instead this Eazy guy gives me some technician numbers. When I asked the manager Micheal he said that’s how they operate unfortunately they can’t help me. I need help since they said to me it’s Brand new. I feel scammed

Aug 17,2015 I took delivery of a new R3200.00 fridge from THE FRIDGE FACTORY (Ursela) in Joburg, distributed by ELAN DISTRIBUTORS (Quinton) from Barberton and serviced by LOWVELD SERVICE CENTER (Vim) in Nelspruit. Early October I contacted Quinton in Barberton, the fridge was defective. I got NO help whatsoever, then contacted Ursela in Joburg repeatedly by phone who said she would contact Vim in Nelspruit to service fridge.<br> <br> Finally after endless phone calls a new thermostat was put in the fridge Christmas week (Dec 22)! The fridge acted worse after that so early in New Year contacted Ursela, the supplier who said I must contact the distributor. He was unavailable so I contacted Vim, the service center, again who said the fridge needed replacing and he would facilitate it. <br> <br> <br> <br> Another 2 months later I have heard from no one and have never received a replacement fridge. I have been sitting FIVE months with a defective fridge getting no help!!! And I am tired of wasting phone calls!
