Ordered and paid for UPS on the 11 October 2024 [Order #52433] (October 11, 2024) and to date, no items received, no response to queries. Their phone number does not work, and they do not respond on the "live chat" or to emails. There is no way to get hold of them at all. It is evident that many people are experiencing the same. Paid for good in October 2024 and did not receive it. Website can't reached and support email not working?
