Bunch of ****mers!
I unfortunately have become a victim of a **** as I see others have too. On the 9th March, I purchased their Deer Run Walking Pad that cost R1499. I received a confirmation email and I thought ok this is legit. I have to say that I followed all Google’s steps to see if they were a legit website as I was sceptical. I realised something was wrong when there was no two step verification with my bank. The money simply came off. By Friday the 14th I went back into my confirmation email to track my order and it said ‘this link is no longer available’… instant panic and my heart sank. I tried phoning their number - said it doesn’t exist. I logged a complaint with Shopify, haven’t heard a thing. I reported it to my bank twice and they say it’s invalid so I won’t ever see that money again. I’m a teacher and I bought this with money I was given for my birthday. I am so angry and just wish there was something we could do. They are true ****mers and I’ve learnt that if something seems too good to be true - well it probably is and was in this case.

Sent an email to which they responded to and providing my "delivery details". I left a review on their FB page and has now been blocked. I asked my friend if the FB page is still active - yes it is. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE, you will not get anything. They gave me a "tracking number" which is not found on their website at all.

I ordered a DeerRun A5 Pro Smart 2in1 Treadmill for R1449.00 on their website www.thegalleria.store on the 11th of Feb 2025. When I started following up, sending sms, their website live chat, messenger on FB - they deactivated their FB page, their number goes to voicemail. They advertise to sell various items, shipping within 2-7 days, refund but after contacting the bank, I was advised that they are a ****. They pose to sell personal care, homeware, gadget accessories and electronics, but then deliver nothing and keep the funds.
