These guys are ****mers. Purchased 50k worth of hardware from then, and almost everything was broken. They then send false videos pretending to test it. Don't ever buy from this company. ****s and *******

My review of with the games of playbet I can say that they exciting to play them on line and I just love they are promotions that comes every month and the pay out are super first and the don't have a problem to pay out the winnings they are good to play on line .

The worst store and business i have ever been too, every employee i have spoken too has been so rude. From games to accessories they oversell and are extremely rude when you so much as ask a question.

The most pathetic and Louzy service ever received by any establishment to date!! I enquired about a price on certain items on their whatsapp group and got a response of " No thanks" and blocked me. Whoever responds on there is the biggest idiot alive... How these clowns are even still in buisiness is beyond my understanding...Stay away they are unwilling to help and please take your buisiness elsewhere. Idiots of the highest order!

Extremely Poor Service. Bought 3 games with shipping for R290, but one was not working upon testing, thus cancelled shipping and the two other games which amounted to R60. A refund of R230 was stated to be paid to me when the item was to be physically picked up from the shop. I have evidence. Due to the lockdown and various situations I could not pick up the item. The owner claims that only NO Refund or the game I paid for will be given to me as 6 months have past after emailing him and texting him multiple times although I have evidence of this. That is R290 I paid him will be nul and void. I then asked him to provide me with the terms and conditions of his business that states this clause but he has not done this thus far. Which means he took R290 from me but provided no product or service. Utterly disgusting behavior.

Do not waste your efforts and money with The Gaming Lobby in Hill Crest, Durban. I made a simple call to the owner on the number provided by Google. I order a package on Sunday afternoon for overnight shipping on Bid or Buy who will also receive the same **** rating. 4 days later still nothing. The man I spoke with is a rude d##s who cannot help but complain that this is all he gets from customers. Well then, change the courier you use, because it is your fault for using the bad service of that courier to ship my items or anyone items really. And to cut me off and tell you to email you whilst I have you on the phone with my order number, you can **** right off with that attitude. Poor customer service to the point where this type of company will have nothing to stand on in the future where it concerns gaming. This rating deserves 0 stars based on experience and the lack of customer service. And yes, the swearing is absolutely necessary. Thank you little man Stancer, or whatever your **** name is.

Absolutely **** service. Can't order anything over the phone. Don't even get a reply. Their customers don't get answered online or on their FB page. A business with no sense of customer relations.
