Incredible service from the quote, reception, service, communication and collection of the car. Everyone along the step of the service were helpful and patient with my many questions. I will definitely be using The Garage again.

Visited the Centurion Centre, Worst experience. Took my car in for a cambelt service, thinking they offering competitive prices...worst mistake of my life...car came back with an EPC warning light on , STOP/START function no longer working, certain automatic functions on my car also not working anymore...then they tell me its ear and tear, how convenient that I drove in my car without any of those issues and now sitting with a car in the garage and not able to drive it.

Took my car to The Garage Bryanston for a loud rattle. They quoted R14800 to fix it, I paid and the rattle is now even louder. My husband engaged and they agreed to refund a portion: now they just keep ducking and diving like professional debtors: we will pay by the end of the week, Head Office has authorized payment: you will be paid blah blah blah. Don’t go near them: clear ethical issues…

My wife's Atos had an overheating problem . Johann at the garage sorted it out and I bought the spares further saving some money. It took two days as he found other pipes which were corroded which he replaced as well and furthermore he tightened an engine mounting which was coming loose . So the whole job including parts cost me about R2500. My wife is very satisfied with the workmanship and I found Johann and his staff to be courteous and friendly . So we are sending our other Atos to them shortly which has a leaking crankshaft seal . Other mechanics have quoted me R4500 and R6000 respectively to replace this seal . Johann quoted me R2000 and I buy the seal from Hyundai . Their workshop is spotless as well so you know your car is not getting sand mixed into the parts being replaced . So far so good and I will keep you posted on the seal replacement once it has been done . As It was replaced by another mechanic about 6 months ago who couldn't get the correct seal so he put in a" same size seal " from a Mercedes which started dripping oil from the word go and I could not get them back to fix it . Lesson learned . Johan has proper premises and offers a guarantee on his workmanship. So .. I am happy with the Garage

They charged me for something they did not do. My dad nearly had a heart attack when he heard what they charged me and they let my car's fanvelt disappear. I had to pay for a new one!! Worst experience of my life!! I do mot trust them ever!! Bad Setvice

<p>Good day</p> <p>I've never been so ****ed in my life and i regret ever using the shell garage i went on the 01-02-2017 to buy airtime Ext8 Cosmocity for R12 it may be small but for me it makes a lot difference i bought airtime when i got home i put the airtime then it stated had already been used i called vodacom and they told me the airtime was used on the 31-12-2016 by a 082 number i went to the garage spoke to a gentle men called Linda who is a manager he said he will get back to me that day he did and said the people who provide them with the airtime are not picking up ok then after that he never called i then call today as it the 13-02-2017 and ask what is happening to my attention he then says it takes about 5 to 10 working days ok i came in on the 01-02-2017 and today is the 13-02-2017 what does that mean it states the 5-10 days have passed and he then says his off ok Linda is off why doesnt he give the other supervisor to take the matter why doesnt he call me back worse he took my airtym slip i am dam ****ed because it shows that at the garage customers are not taken serious and if this matter doesnt get resolved ill have to take the next step ,.,........it still hasnt been resolved and today is 26-04-2017 i even smsed Linda but he never replied to my sms so it may be small money to you but it means my 12rand just disappeared he even took my slips because he knew it something that will be flushed down the drain well im so ****ed and i want something to be done about it ......Pinky Sibiya ********** 564</p>
