I've been waiting for a week now for a quote on the clutch kit replacement, and went to another service centre, got the quote on day 1, and was ready for pickup the next day. Bosch was my first choice, but I've changed my mind, I won't go back.

The Bosch service center in Hillcrest. My 62 year old dad took his vehicle in for repairs and it came back smashed on the left side. The repair was done, but they ended up making more damages to the vehicle. They say that they will repair the vehicle but they are giving my dad the run around he must use his own cost and go look for 3 qoutes, he must use his own time. I told him take the vehicle there as I thought they would would do a good job, yet they ended up making my damages. I Higly don't recommend anyone in the Hillcrest area to use them for any repairs or services on your cars.

I will never make use of The Garage Hillcrest again. I spent over R29k for repairs and amongst other issues found by The Garage Hillcrest. The owner/ manager was rude. The Garage Hillcrest wanted to charge me a further R4k for repairs, this while my car was still under guarantee. Just recently, I had to spend another R13**** on an entire engine overhaul with a garage located in Pretoria.

I do not trust this garage at all. I paid out over R30K for a diagnostic check, a full service and amongst other issues found wrong with my car. To date, I am struggling to get this garage to fix a leak from my engine. I told the Garage my car smells of burning oil - now, I've got to use another more reputable garage in order to have my entire engine overhauled- it's going to cost me another R25k to have this done.

I Sent my car to The Garage Hillcrest repairs to the engine February 2018. When I went to pick up the car 2 months later and after paying I noticed the windscreen was cracked and the aerial broken off and left on the passenger seat. I pointed this out to the workshop manager during the test drive, he said he knows nothing about it. I made an appointment to see the owner at their premises to discuss the issue with him but he was not available, I then asked to see the workshop manager. BIG MISTAKE. The manager took me outside to my car, pointed at the crack and told me his mechanic did not break the windscreen. I must have it repaired myself. I was not aware that the mechanic was standing behind me. I told him his mechanic is a liar and then a heated argument broke out between myself the workshop manager and the mechanic. I was verbally abused and threatened in front of all the staff by this manager and his mechanic. When I apologized to the mechanic for what I had said to him the workshop manager became more angry and abusive shouting at the top of his voice. He told me to get out of the garage and not come back. I was told to go to a lawyer or any one I wanted to as he will not replace my windscreen. I then left feeling very threatened and humiliated. I later phoned the owner and reported the incident to him. He did apologized for his managers behavior and I was then told to go through my insurance and he will pay the excess. I told him I will not go through the insurance as my windscreen was perfect when I took the car in and I will loose my no claim bonus. To Date I have not received a call to ask if I was happy with my service Apart from that no action has been taken against his workshop manager. Shocking experience.
