So its been 10 days and im still waiting for my money from this Company. No responses. No effort being made too keep me in the loop. 10 days it takes the gin box to reverse money that they took out of my account. Im done with this company. Disappointed to say the least. Pathetic service.

Even though there was a little micommunication with regards to an order made during the lockdown restriction level 3 in Decemer, I still received my completed order and am very happy. Thank you so much for sticking to your word, guys (especially to the lovely lady by the name of Shana who checked up on me regularly until I had received my order). I will definitely be making another order from you again.

I am disappointed with @The Gin Box. Made an order on the 27th January 2021 and have not received any form of communication from them up until today (10 February 2021). My order was #45886 and comprised Cape Fynbos Gin limited edition (R499), Victoria dry gin (R299), and Black Rose Satin Gin (R299). Is my money stolen? I can't even seem to get through to them using their email address info@theginbox.co.za.

order was placed and paid and was meant to arrive as a Fathers Day gift. A week later I was told that the invoicing system had not processed the order or something to that effect. after 3 calls a day for a week, without a return call as promised, eventually I was told it had been dispatched. it sat at the couriers in Durban for a further 3 days before it finally was delivered. I will definitely not recommend them or use them again.

Unfortunately, an extremely disappointing experience with theginbox.co.za. - Order was placed and paid for online - A week later the order had not arrived. - Checked the status of the order online and saw that it was still ‘processing’. - Contacted theginbox.co.za where we were informed that none of the gins we ordered were in stock, but we could exchange them for other gins. - A very kind lady then assured us that the delivery would arrive before we left for our holiday (6 days later) - 4 days later I contacted the same person to confirm that the order would arrive on time and got no reply. This was a whatsapp message sent to their business number which I can see has been read. - On day 5 I sent 4 more messages, no replies, but I can see that they had been read. I also tried to call three times. - I eventually managed to get hold of someone who then told me that the order would not arrive in time. But, they had put an alert on the order to inform me when it does arrive?? - When I queried as to why my phone calls were not answered and my messages not replied to I got told that their system does not allow for calls. When I asked why all my messages had not been replied to for 2 days, I got told that they were ‘Checking to see if the delivery would arrive on time’. Surely you would send a quick message back to say that they are looking into the matter? - Our neighbor very kindly received the package this evening, unfortunately the order is incomplete and the packaging was in shocking condition - We have placed orders with theginbox.co.za before and never had a problem. But this whole experience was terrible and I truly hope that no-one has the same experience I did.

This is probably the best thing I have signed up for in my life! The service is amazing and everything is electronic. In the 6 months Iv'e been part of this they haven't phoned me once to "upgrade" my subscription or offer me something different and canceling the subscription can be done by a click of a button. My boxes are on time every time and in perfect condition! And they pack it full of the most amazing things! I have definitely found new favourites through this. Will recommend them to every gin lover. You can even buy a gift for someone else through them.
