I ordered a belt as a gift for someone in July they responded to my messages when I enquired about it , I made a payment and was informed that it will take 7 to 12 day so . She sent me a receipt for payment and after never responded to any of my messages. I went to Instagram and sent a comment on one of their post but still nothing . They then blocked me on Instagram.No response on WhatsApp phone number always off. All I want is my money . They robbing people . Don’t buy from them at all.

SCAMMERS!!!! I paid for an item almost a year ago I have sent countless messages and emails with no response begging for a refund, messages get read and ignored it’s disgusting @theglamstoresa you are thieves

So I am so shocked to see so many complaints from @theglamstoresa I ordered a bag from them on the 19th of May and was promised that I’d receive my parcel in 2 weeks. Nothing happened and no correspondence from them and 3 weeks passed and followed up with them and was told that they were overseas and I’d get my parcel by that weekend. That was the last I heard from them after numerous requests that they pay me my money back. I’ve been calling since, texting since and sending IG messages and still nothing. I’ve asked them to just pay me back cos I needed the bag for an event. It’s such a disgrace because I was referred to them. I’m going to the police with this.

Hi there. I would like to lay a complaint against The Glam Store. I ordered a shoe from them on the 10th of September and paid for it in full and am still waiting for it till today. I’ve tried calling them but no one answers the call and messages are selectively replied to. I’m not quite sure what to do as I paid R2098 for my purchase which I actually needed by the end of this month for a very important event. I keep getting told that they are overseas or that they’ve had trouble with customs. I’ve ordered from them once before but I did receive my parcel in good time. I don’t post much but I’m quite livid. I bought products from @theglamstoresa after getting confirmation from friends and other customers that they were a trusted online store. After making the payment December 2017 I received the goods on 17 January 2018. Unsatisfactory and broken products were delivered and Natasha (de Kock) ( ********** ) from The Glam Store, who I had been in correspondence with, agreed to exchange the goods. I returned the faulty products and was promised delivery the following week. After more than 3 months of waiting, ignored calls and the occasional response on Whatsapp, Natasha apologized for the inconvenience and finally delivered the promised and paid for products on 25 April 2018, but only to be disappointed once again. Half of the products were missing and the other half was the exact same as the previous delivery. *The consumer protection act states: -A supplier may not accept payment for goods or services if it has no reasonable intention to supply the goods or services, or if it intends to supply goods or services that are materially different to those the Consumer has paid for. The supplier can be penalised if they fail to deliver goods, services or reservations for which they have accepted payment. -The Consumer has the choice to be refunded, or have the goods replaced or repaired* I have not heard from Natasha or The Glam Store since 25 April 2018. It’s been 7 months now. Ignored emails, phone calls and messages. I’ve paid a visit to their location in Centurion and still no response. I am quite disgusted by their lack of service and unprofessional behaviour. Don’t purchase from @theglamstoresa - save yourself the effort and disappointment. If you do receive your order, it’s probably not what you expected or paid for. I can’t fathom how someone can be so incompetent ??
