Terrible service
Glasfit Roodepoort must be the worst glass fitment centre I have had dealings with.First I get no feedback on when my widescreen would be arriving.Then when they have to install between 09:00 and 10:00 they apparently can’t find my address so I had to cancel as I had plans at 12:30 as they were still not at my premises this is the worst service ever

Terrible and disgusting customer complaint process
I bought burglar door at Glassfit Kuruman in August, today the 09 of Dec the item has not been delivered and no refund given for not fulfilling the order. I complained at glassfit head office via mail over month ago after failing to get refund directly from the kuruman branch. Got email from Nhlosokuhle Ntimbela under supervision of Ronel Neuwenhuizen saying they will investigate and provide feedback within 24hours till to-date no feedback regarding my refund. The glassfit customer complaint process is terrible and disgusting.

Lying and cheating wolf in sheepskin.
This guy Jared is liar and a cheat. I paid him 203 k deposit 3 months and 10 days ago . He was supposed to install my job in 2 weeks I’m still waiting. Lie after lie . Doesn’t take my calls . Just sends another Wattsapp message which turns out to be a lie again.
