I bought spike for my Footjoy shoes from Golfers Club Century City in Cape Town. I didn't have my shoes with me, but Albert gave me detailed instructions, warning me about not over-stressing the turn when I remove the old spikes in case they break. He even offered to meet me at Table Bay mall, (which was close to where i live and he stays) to help me if I couldn't get them out. I didn't have a problem on my own so didn't need his help, but the fact that he offered was priceless. He was so knowledgable, helpfull and pleasant. What an outstanding employee. Thank you Albert, you're a star

I can truthfully say it is rare that i have felt more **** to or more let down. Simply put we were misled on what we where sold. When brought to the attention off the MD Jason Rowe the circus just got worse. To his credit initially the attitude was very good..... However as the S%$# show and lies went on he decided to raise his voice as if he thought fighting his way out of this will help. I have wasted R23 000 on a set of clubs for my 12 Year old son. The biggest issue is my boy has been let down repeatedly and despite this.... Jason's final whatsapp is we run a R250m business and even Tesla and Apple Drop the ball... Best we go our separate ways. TAKE NOTE NOT ONE OTHER COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER about them has been rep**** to. VERY TELLING. I will be issuing summons against Jason and hope this will go public. Golf is one of the fastest if not fastest growing sports in SA and the public need to be aware. No one needs to go through what i have. Mike on 083 377 5432

Recently tried to purchase a ts3 hybrid online as i just bought the driver and wanted to complete the set. I saw this club on special and decided to buy it. I receive a mail the next day saying there was a mix up and they only have left handed clubs of the club i want. I find that ridiculous as the whole reason i bought the hybrid was to complete a set. They should not falsely advertise products.

My Rad Speed XB Driver Head broke while at the driving Range. This was the Thursday evening, the top half of the Crown broke while I was practicing. I went tot Golfers club in Edenvale and the team there were so helpful, fitted me with a new head at no charge. Super impressed with the team at Golfers club Edenvale.

Had to send my golf cart down to George from PE for a cable repair. I sent it with a friend on the weekend and it was dropped there on Monday morning. The cart was repaired and sent back to PE by Wednesday afternoon. No costs were incurred and the service was outstanding. Thank you Golfers Club- George.

Don't ever try calling either Centurian or Westrand branch as I have been battling to call them for the last 45 minutes the phone rings, no one answers and then after about 4-5 mins they put the phone down, if this is a business then clearly they should hire someone to answer phones and not get people to avoid them. Golfer Club in CPT though is brilliant never ever have issues from them so take some notes @Centurian and Westrand

I just visited the canal walk golfers club and we were kindly greeted straight away on entering the store. I explained what I wanted and then after walking around the store I was approached by Stuart who said he just spoke to the gentleman that I explained everything too on entering the store! He went at us like a pit bull forcing his services on us even though we clearly stated what we were wanting snd the time frame of our visit. He started talking to me on what he was about to offer which was great but as soon as I showed that I knew a great deal about golf bring a 7 handicap snd knowing my own game, Stuart became very arrogant and defensive when I showed him that I knew just as much as him. He did not like that at all and showed a great deal of irritation and frustration towards me!! Not a great experience dealing with Stuart!!
