Horrible Experience at Hampshire Hotel Ballito/ Booking.com
My wife and I booked The Hampshire Hotel in Ballito from 12/02/2022 to 13/02/22. The front staff upon checking in was not friendly, seemed as though she wanted to get her job done as quick as possible. The room booked was not what I was given, I was given a room with double beds hence making the room congested for 2 people. The tv did not work properly as the picture was jumpy, the tv remote did not work property. The microwave was not clean, kettle needed a rinse, no tea bags, milk or sugar which I had to request for, the fridge was a little dirty, the shower did not have a shower curtain which caused the bathroom floor to get drastically wet. Used tissue paper in cubicles of the bathroom with a lot of residue of other substances. Door did not lock easily and had to be forced. The cherry on top or the cause for me to check out early was due to the aircon not functioning well in the drastic heat. I checked out at 22:30pm and drove an hour to get back home. I was to check out at 11:00 am the next day.

Management here is terrible. We have been sending emails for weeks, and no one has even had the decency to reply. Firstly,we were fraudulently charged for breakfast. Secondly, we couldn't get breakfast , due to the fact that there were a lot of students who also checked in. Now we are trying to get our refund, and no one ever responds to our emails, even the ladies at front desk are clueless. We have received the most terrible service. The management at Hampshire Hotel does not care about their clients. Me, my friends and family will not be using this hotel ever again.

Ballito accomodation
No customer service whatsoever.First night had group of kids/people fooling around in the passage haveing a jol with loud music and just sitting around makeing noise ,slamming doors at 23:00 hours,After phoneing reception 3times to come sort the noise out eventually managment sent someone but to no avail cause the noise and party carried on.At 06:00 the next morning the whole party started again with some added groups of teenagers.Two nights in a row no hot water and the receptionist insist i must make sure the tap is turned to HOT water??♂️ Carpet in room soaked with water from wAter leaking through from the COLD bath.... Worst experience ever and a waste of money cause management just dont care.

Disappointed in your customer service
We have been a valued customer of the Hampshire Hotel for a few years now. I am so extremely disappointed in your service after our last visit which was not too long ago, our room was not cleaned properly, glasses not removed, no toilet paper, unfriendly staff and arrogant. After staying with you for years, I am sad to say that I will not be staying with you again.

Disappointed in your customer service
We have been a valued customer of the Hampshire Hotel for a few years now. I am so extremely disappointed in your service after our last visit which was not too long ago, our room was not cleaned properly, glasses not removed, no toilet paper, unfriendly staff and arrogant. After staying with you for years, I am sad to say that I will not be staying with you again.
