Scam

We contacted, and appointed The Handyman, alias Eugene Scholtz to undertake a roof installation. After paying 50% deposit upfront he never started the job and after 6 weeks of messing around with us with different reasons not to finish the job (holidays, sick, rainy weather although it was sunny) we finally asked him to repay the deposit. The deposit should have been paid back a few days ago but he said he couldn't due to \unforeseen personal costs"from his side. Stay away from this builder since he is very unserious!!!"""
