I placed an order with The Harvest Table on December 2nd for two products: the Pregnancy Shake and Collagen, both of which come in glass vases. Unfortunately, one of the vases arrived damaged. I immediately reported the issue, providing all necessary details, including photos.
Since then, I have spoken to multiple people from The Harvest Table, sent numerous emails, and followed up repeatedly. Each time, I was assured that they were working on it, that a replacement would be sent, and that they would assist me. However, today is January 10th, and I am still waiting.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If a company promises to resolve an issue, they should follow through instead of giving empty assurances. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others about the lack of accountability and poor service.
