ROSEBANK COLLEGE POOR SERVICE
Dear Rosebank, I am regretting to send my son to Rosebank college. The service is unbelievable there. I doubt the staff is monitored to do their jobs properly. My son is studying through Rosebank college with GCRA BURSARY. Its now June and Rosebank has not allocated funds for residence and stipend. He only received laptop and books back in April. There is this representative from Rosebank college by the name Jeffrey who is responsible for allocation funds. This guy is failing our children. And there is Jane from Finance department who always on leave and she has not released payments. What is going on with this institution. Are you following Boston college footsteps of failing students. Now the WIFI has been disconnected at my son's residence due to no payment. He can't do the assignments and meet deadlines. Is this the way you want our children to experience learning. I am extremely disappointed to your institution. I am even thinking of taking my son elsewhere next year. Please can this be escalated to head of learning at your institution. Your service is very poor. Kind regards SIBUSISO **********.

Lebohang Dinake was very patient in assisting me to get my school material and everything sorted, She has exceptional Customer Care and Service.She made sure everything is up to date before I left.

IIE Rosebank College de-registered me without my knowledge.
I am a student at IIE Rosebank College braamfontain ohh I thought I was, today when I tried to log in my student portal it says I'm blocked and when I tried to log in a query on RC assist it says my student number is not found, I'm also blocked on outlook for what I don't know... I'm sick and tired of IIE Rosebank College treating me like I study for free... I'm supposed to register for the last module of which it was not available in first semester, I was told that Economics 1B is only available for second semester now that I'm trying to register I'm told that my student number is not found. Why do I have to go through this every year?? This time around I'm going to expose them on social media.
