Not trustworthy
Paid the owner Rudi van den Berg R7000 for an aircon and a pool net in November 2025. The empty promises were unbelievable. Do not pay money over until the job is done. Until today there has been no monies been paid back or aircon nor poilnet to be seen. Be very careful in your dealings.

The Installation Company - No service delivered and refusing to pay back money
I had recent dealings with Rudi, owner of The Installation Company. I paid an amount upfront for services - however services were never delivered. I requested my money back and after two weeks of promises I still have not received a cent back.

The installation company
Do not touch these guys. With the "owner" Rudi as the negotiator and claiming they can assist with load shedding. We paid hundreds of thousands to get our businesses off the grid with inverters and lithium batteries and only one of eight was half completed after more than a month.
