I give one start, as zero is not an option. Date of incident: 21/02/2022 and again on 22/02/2022. Description of Complaint, which explains my personal experience and interaction at the Johannesburg Infusion Centre. It is on Beyer's Naude, and I would never ever go back. Gayle at the Johannesburg Infusion Centre offered in mid 2021 to keep custody of four Venofer Ampules. The Ampules were new, and the expiry date was early 2023. However, when I went to collect these medical items on 2022/02/21, she refused to return them. She interrogated me asking who was to do the infusion, asked if she could see the doctor's referral letter, and demanded my blood tests. I explained that I would be going somewhere else for the infusion. As a result, she then stated that she had thrown away the ampules, "two weeks ago". She offered to sell me new ones? And if she could have the prescription. She became rude and dismissive and slammed the door shut. She is refusing to engage with me, and when I returned with a witness she offered a litany of lies as to why she could not speak to me? She behaved terribly.
