The small units are overpriced and there is an additional monthly cost which does not make sense.

There are ongoing issues with the gate and access, every month there is some kind of failure. Initially i experienced billing issues which affected how much i was credited when buying electricity, I've heard of other tenants who have faced similar issues.

The icing on the cake is the unprofessionalism and terrible communication from the central development team. If they were professional in their communication and approach it might have made all the issues tolerable.
