I ordered shoes for my son. We went passed the 5-7 business days for delivery and reached out via email and website chat several times. Never a response. I reported them to Ozow (the payment provider I used to make the purchase) who have now flagged the store as *****ulent. The next steps, are to open a case at the police station and then send this to my bank's ***** department for investigation. I hope to get a refund for this.
