bad service with no refund-do not book with them
booked for accomodation through booking.com in 2020 April. When country was placed under locked down i received an email that i would be refunded and have been calling and sending emails since. A manager called and promised to look at the matter and each time he makes promises that never materializes and blames accounts lady

U booked for 2 days at this place then before check in I asked to see the room and wasn’t happy with the place then I asked the guy Dave if I cancel will u get money back he said yes but within 24 hours I canceled he confirmed Nd he said they will take only 124 from 940 I paid after 48 hours they changed the story of giving me half of the price now they don’t want to pay me anything what scam is that

Bad bad treatment
Highly upset and shocked by the services rendered from this place. I was attacked by the bar security and badly enjoyed i cannot walk proper or sleep. I was a accussed for paying for a bill I paid twice for they couldnt even show me any proof when I requested it from them. This bar is filled with workers the prey on people thats not regulars. I will make sure it closes down
