Wanted to buy a number of pole garden lights. Asked in person for a price and was offered 6.perc discount. Asked for a written quote. No.discount offered. Gent said no stock will.order and then give discount. Received email yesterday. Price increased now on sale at same price as normal price and no discount. Asked to speak to manager. Tried phoning manager. Really bad business practice . Won't see my.R10k spend.

I have always bought many lights and ceiling fans there. Recently I purchased some low voltage LED spotlights for ceiling mount with a transformer and 2 carrier wires. The individual lights keep blowing, I already had to buy a new set, but after a few months these also blow. None of my other lights in the house have a problem. Clearly an inferior product that I wish to raise with the manufacturer. The Alberton shop where I bought them referred me to Hein from HQ, but Hein never answers his phone nor returns calls. Clearly this company does not care about customers.

Absolutely next level service. Ordered several plugs and switches online, in the afternoon, and all delivered before midday the next day. Realised I had made a mistake with the one switch type and all resolved through their Chat service online, thanks to a phenomenally efficient Zanele. Truly impressed. Well done!

I bought lights from the Lighting Warehouse. Upon arrival, one of the lights were broken. I only had to send one email, and my replacement was delivered the very next day. If only we could get the same service all over. Thank you Zanele & team

Be very careful when you look at their prices on display. They mislead and trick you in believing that you pay for what is displayed and priced. I went to Lighting Warehouse to buy some light fittings. The complete light fittings were displayed together with their prices. However when it came to paying they said that the globes were not included in the price. I think that it is dishonest and also violates the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act. It's like you were buying a car and when it comes to payment you are told: "sorry but tires are not included in the price". I would avoid this place in the future.

Today I phoned the branch in Pretoria. I asked the lady that answered the phone her name. Her response was that the name is not important. I then made her aware that it business practice that when one answers a phone that they state their name. She then stated that I want to teach her how a phone is answered. I the end she stated that she is MamaSinah
