I previously reviewed this business to show that the business owner did not complete the work in my home. The work in my home was supposed to be done in exchange for work I did for him + products he requested, both of which he happily took long ago. He has avoided me since with bizarre excuses. I recently requested of him, that instead of doing the work in my home, he rather pay for the work session & products instead so it can be closed. He agreed to do this. Of course weeks have gone by and once again he is dishonest and avoiding it. For a rather small amount of money too. Not to mention the money I must spend to fix the work he had started. I would not recommend.

Dishonest business owner. He was going to do simple work in my home in exchange for work I did for him & products he requested. He took a wooden plank out the cupboard "so it could breathe", and has left it there. I chased for months for him to complete this, it is now a year later & I told him to pay for the work I did instead, so that the energy exchange is even & I will consider it closed. He of course agreed within 1 minute, and of course weeks are flying by with no responses. Dishonest - certainly would not allow him into your home.

The company gave me a quote and specs for all the hardware that they’ll install. They arrived to make the installation and they excitedly told me I obtained an upgrade of my 8kw Deye for free to a bigger inverter (10kw) at no extra cost. After checking their install i was shocked to find that they installed a cheap unknown brand to which I protested. A week later they replaced it to the Deye 8kw. I then realised that the solar panels output was very low and I went on the roof to inspect. I discovered that they have installed 10 instead of 12 panels they quoted me and the panels they installed were of an inferior quality and lower spec. First they denied that they installed only 10 but upon taking them on the roof they admitted and agreed to fix the issue by replacing to the agreed and number and the correct panels. The day to replace the panels arrived but they blamed the EFF strike. Two days later they started blaming stock availability. 3 weeks later it was still more stories. I wrote them a letter of demand on the 31st of April to remedy all of this in 5 days and they counter offered me with a full refund and take their installation out. On the day they were supposed to refund (4th of April) they kept on telling me they received funds but they have not been cleared yet. I realized that this was just more delaying tactics. Seeing that they were struggling to remedy this I proposed to take their hardware minus the panels at retail price and have them refund me the valve of that so that I could get someone to finish the job. They agreed to this and said they’ll give me an offer the same day. Everyday it was new story about how they finished late and they’ll send me an offer the next day. On the 13th when I followed up the guy just screamed on the phone asking what do I want him to do and he told me have a nice Easter weekend and simply hung up. Stay away from this company which is owned by Alex and Bianca Yardeni. I later found out that they are not even accredited installers
