Consistent payment delays and unfulfilled Promises

The manufacturing house has proven themselves once again untruthful,unreliable and difficult business to deal with.Its a another month,they haven't refunded the second payment.

I.would advice people to be vigilant when dealing with their business.They never refund and always make empty promises.
