Request for refund - Heavy Duty Trailer

I contacted The Manufacturing House on 12 November 2023 regarding the purchase of a car trailer which was on special for R68 000. The sales person by the name of Shane quoted me on the new trailer. I accepted the quotation on 13 November 2023 and made a deposit payment of R47 000. Shane had been in contact where he had sent progress on the trailer manufacturing and promised that it would be complete before the Christmas break in December 2023. To my surprise he sighted that they had a backlog and would not be able to complete the trailer and that he will prioritise it in 2024 when they open the manufacturing. I have been constantly following with him where he has been giving all sorts of excuses that they have disagreements with his business partner, had issues with the NATIS system and that the material was ******.

It came to a point where I told him that I want my money back as this was never going to be delivered. He promised that he will deliver the trailer and gave picture updates on the progress and kept giving more excuses.

To this day, the trailer has not been delivered and I have not received my money.

On 27 May 2024, Shane contacted my and indicated that I submit the proof of payment and that he will refund my money. I feel that this is another excuses would like hello peter to assist me and recover my money.
