Triton 14 month long fight

After requesting full corrspondence and status of the so called repaires to my vehicle which may I add my policy is paying for and not the dealer .The problem has been on going for 14 months and still I must be the one to sort out follow up to get a status of my repairs . get told parts will be here Monday on the thursday. Monday get called saying the parts are ordered on the Monday and will be here in thhe week . Unfortunately they are not true to their word and are absolutely disgraceful as a service department . ZERO trust in them
