I ordered a pick up from the airport, the number I was given told me they changed the pick up slot and assigned someone the pick up that person never showed up. Waited over an hour they texted me before I collected luggage then went MIA. I took the Gautrain and went to the hotel. I get there and I had forgotten my physical card in Zimbabwe. They let me into my room and told me I have to pay cash by 10pm when the lady on duty left. Its 7pm and in a foreign country i have to find cash or someone to swipe. I asked why they cant just pull the money from the card they put on hold they told me because Booking.com is a third party and they only hold the card for precautionary measures and not to make payments. I made them hold my USD for the booking until the morning and around 10pm money was deducted from my account regardless of me paying cash the next morning. I spent half my night stressing about being homeless. Now I ask when my refund is coming back and they tell me it takes 7-14days. This occurred on the 6th of December. Ever since u have been the one following up, no updates no communication zero concern at all today is the 26th and i still have not received anything. I am actually very disappointed for the reputation they have this is not even something i should have to be concerned about. I have even just decided to let it go because i am tired of the run around too

Good evening Hope this email finds you well I was a one of the participants of Bullseye Bingo at The Maslow Time Square Pretoria today 4/11/2024. I'm not happy about they way things went today hence I'm logging a complaint. Firstly the lady who was a verifier of the process today,was busy calling partipants while we still on the draw and stop them without a reason,this also disturbed the commentator who ended up asking her if there was a problem and she said no. While the process I notice a lady with a pink dress coming from the side of smoking area toward where there draw took place,she was busy marking or writing on her paper.She then said Bingo and when she went for a verification there verifier started to check her paper on a floor as usual and then took the whole bundle and put it on the stand where the original paper was put by the winner participant.And that is where I notice that the participate put both her papers same time. After the process I asked the commentator to take me to the maneger so I can complain instead he showed me any information desk.When I ask at the information desk they told us that the manager is there at mvg desk. We proceed there and they called the same lady who was a verifier of the process.We told her that we want to complain about her then she told us she is in charge otherwise we have to wait for the next day and complain to the manager of that day. To my surprise how come the commentator did not say that the lady(verifier)is the manager in charge at acted like he does not know his manage. Hence I request clarify and proof that the lady she won fair and not by the help of the employees. Hope to hear from you soon.

I usually dont complaint , but unfortunately i have no choice when you are paying really expensive to stay over in a 5 star Hotel room. Me and my daughter checked in at the hotel @14h00 on the 4th of January 2024 the receptionist that assisted us was very nice Neo she explained everything to us as well as that we are allowed to use the swimming pool on the 15th floor because we stay on the 14th floor in room 1409. Everything at the hotel was super except for the 15th floor swimming pool area 1ste there where no one there to assist us at the bar after we called a few times etc but that was not the worst , the worst part was that was a very unpleasant smell actually unbearable smell like a drain or something that we couldn’t swim there at all and we had to go to the swimming pool on the first floor. 2 emails was send to the hotel with NO RESPONSE.

The Mint hotel at 84 Kathrine in Sandton does not have sufficient geyser capacity to caters for all their clients. This morning, there was no hot water. The maintenance guy told me that I have to wake up early if I want to get hot water, which is absurd. Hotel management did not bother to make arrangements.

We've had such a pleasant stay at the Maslow Hotel in Menlyn. We arrived before our check in time but was allowed in at 10am, their service was great and the buffet on the 15th floor was great. We've enjoyed most of the amenities like pool, gym and amazing breakfast together with our room on the 17th floor. The bathroom was spacious and stunning.

Supposed to be towels at the pool. Made 5 requests for towels. After 1.5 hours, the towels had still not arrived. The staff there should ****** off and become car guards. THE worst service of any hotel I had ever been to in my life. Utterly, utterly incompetent.

We booked accommodation via Agoda in November 22 for the Maslow hotel in Pretoria for the 17th of December 22 and the accommodation was paid on the 19th November 22. We arrived at the hotel to check in and was advised the reservation was canceled due to no payment, my husband showed the receptionist that the payment was made on the 19th of November 22, he advised that we need to get in contact with Agoda, but he needs to put a hold on our credit card until this matter is resolved in order for us to book in. Instead there was no hold but another charge of R2000 and something. I've been back and forth with Agoda and The Maslow without any luck. They both sending me back and forth. I've emailed all the people they said I should and all I get from Agoda is we apologize. This is clearly that they both involved in sing people. We want our refund and make sure you get back to us ASAP!!!! We will be taking up this matter with our lawyer
