I have been more than patient and have been giving the run around from November 2024 by Mattress King and the Owners Son Dane, were I initially purchased the bed from. I have made countless calls to Dane and received limited Reponses or feedback. My mattress failed within a year which was within its warranty period. This mattress was off poor quality I have requested a refund and was refused this by Dane, who now put me onto a third party (Bravo Brands) to make my own arrangements. Bravo Brands has approved a Mattress and base set return and is willing to Credit the store, however the owners son Dane doesn’t want to accept the credit. I am not confident to take a replacement of the identical bed as I believe it will fail again and I am not willing to take that chance. Dane did give me an option of swapping me for an alternate mattress, but he wanted me to make arrangements with Bravo Brands to do this. I bought this bed to keep it, with the understanding of a guarantee that it will last, now that it’s failed both Mattress King and Bravo Brands are making this process difficult to nearly impossible. I have spoken to several consults as well as Verdi a manager from Bravo Brands, who promised me I would get feedback from his manager and this also hasn’t happened. If I am not given a refund by close of business today 27/01/2025. I will be reverting this matter to the Ombudsman, Legally as well as on social media. Mattress King and Bravo Brands should sort out their own internal issues. I am a paying customer that wants to be treated fairly. There seems to be no communication & customer service principles being followed. I will continue in my persistency to ensure this is resolved and my guarantee is honoured and a refund given!

After a month of fighting we finally got our two Kingsize mattresses but they are at a different level . When we purchased two mattresses after spending close to an hour with the company no one said they would be different thicknesses because they were manufactured to be for two individuals. We have waited a month for the supply of added material to bring the base up so that the mattresses are at the same level. How can sales people be so *********** to not know their product and management be so unconcerned about their name in the market place that they do nothing to rectify their error. NEVER NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR MATTRESSES. They are *********** uncaring and beyond worrying about your satisfaction if there is a problem and with their lack of concern do not deserve to be in business.

I bought a two beds in Springfield one was delivered and the other was not . They told me they have to order it and I have to wait for 10 - 14 working days and till this day I haven’t received my bed . I have called many times and no one is helping of giving me feedback about it or give me my money back.

We purchased 2 different extra long single mattresses recommended from the machine that was supposed to advise us of the best possible beds to suit my partner and myself .We purchased at the HOUSE and Garden show on the !st of July 2024 after being show what was supposed to be an innovative method of choosing a mattress to suit us individually. We paid and were promised delivery after the show finished. To date 8 days from the end of the show and now 7 phone calls later NO MATRESSES NO DELIVERY and serios concern that if they cannot even return phone calls will we ever get our very expensive mattresses. This raises serious concern about the ethics of the company.

My wife and I bought a bed from The Mattress King Springfield, towards the end of 2022. In February 2023 we complained about the mattress sagging on all 4 sides. An assessment was done in February 2022. Keshnee then communicated with us and then went on leave with no Out-Of-Office response and that was the last we heard from her. Then throughout 2023 it was back and forth with Vani who took over our case. Finally at the beginning of December 2023, Vani calls my wife and tells her that they will be replacing the defective mattress the next Monday. After a couple more enquiries, it seems as Vani has also did a vanishing act on us. Once again we're stuck in the DARK, sleeping on a defective mattress. I would NOT recommend The Mattress King to anyone looking to buy a bed. Their after sales service is worse than Eskom's ability to generate power.
