Service is bad,lady that is working there is so rude and disrespects people
I have a 4.month contract with them,ending October the 15th.This month they didn't want to pay,when I ask the lady who is always calling me for wall pictures,she responded by saying they will.process the payment from today(meaning yeasterday 2025-09-15l)I asked them to make payment because the wall I am renting is the only source of income.The lady was so rude.She didn't even make payment.I send them an email today complaining about the payment,until now I haven't received anything.The lady is so rude,doesn't respect people and so u professional.The advert that is on my wall.is for Coca cola,hope Coca Cola can see this complaint.Thank you

21 Oct 2025, 15:21The Media Krate promised to send me money,to paint the wall white so that other clients can see that my wall is available for renting,and again their contraçt ended on the 13th of ocotber but they didn't. I take that they owe me money for this month(from 14th October. They didn't respond to my emails.they didn't send money now I miss clients because of them.
