Exceptional Service - Well done MCCC!

Buying a pre-loved car has never been as satisfying as the experience I have had with Mother City Car Company. I needed a small run around and came across a suitable car online. JJ called me the following day. As I was in JHB it was not possible to view the vehicle. JJ took comprehensive videos and provided pictures of the service book etc.... He was honest enough to point out minor scratches etc....he further advised what work had been done on the vehicle to have it ready for sale. I new exactly what I was buying. I bought the vehicle blind. The vehicle I received was what I saw in the video, no hidden surprises. I noticed that the service book was not updated, JJ went to BMW and had it updated, he also repaired the door hinge, without me asking ! I was kept up to date throughout the process, the vehicle was transported up to JHB and I received it in good order a few days later. 10/10 for the MCCC, I would highly recommend them. Well done !
