I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to do thorough research beforehand. In my experience, they will delay any necessary formalities for as long as possible if it means holding on to any benefits or payments owed. Proceed with caution.

I logged my claim 31 March 2025, and they responded with a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks, and 6-8 weeks. I have had to follow up with them to get feedback on their progress of my claim. They only responded once and never again. I have followed up another 3 time via mail but have not received payment nor any response from them. We’re in week 9 now and still nothing

I app**** for my 2 pot, escalation was done on the 28th of March, to date I haven't received positive feedback.

My worrd. Never have I come across so rude and no good people. Rough replies to your e mails. In 20 ATTEMPTS OF OVER 20 MINUTES EACH TIME NO CONSULTED ANSWERED. My calls this firm gives you depression and elevates anxiety. Worst staff ever.

It's almost year with no feedback regarding the requested documents. The website query doesn't work. No one answers the call centre number. I have sent numerous emails to the initial consultant and the team leader but no feedback. I event sent an email to queriesrfa@nmg.co.za but still no feedback. The call back option doesn't work. Ke frustrated as I need those requested documents to submit to SARS. Been calling them since last year 2025 to date but still nothing. ********************************************************* Dear Valued Client Thank you for contacting NMG Benefits.
