Bad customer service The Northcliff Boutique hotel

I booked for dinner at the restaurant with friends, we couldn't finish our food so we requested a take away. It came labeled so each took their own as per the labeling. When I got home I wanted to finish off the food only to find out they gave me a wrong take away. Wrote them a message about what happened and they responded a day later with a message full of exclamation marks without addressing my complain.
