The Northcliff generator

The Northcliff is a beautiful hotel with excellent food, but they reside within a residential area and has a generator that is switched on during loadshedding which is making such a big nouse and the funes of the diesel is definitely a health risk. It is such a big problem for everyone living around them. It has been reported to the Noise and pollution Department of the Joburg Council, but there is no improvement.
