THE SAME OLD PEPPERTREE SCAM

On 7 January 2023 I placed an order for a cross cut table at the cost of R2200. I made had to make an immediate payment / deposit for to ensure the order will go into production. I should have know something is not right when I asked him why the price was different from the adverti*****t on Facebook. The owner's answer was that FACEBOOK were responsible for not changing the ads they run and display the increase prices.

This week we'll be going into 2 months / 8 weeks and I have not seen a photos of the table in production (as requested), I have heard excuses about load shedding, excuse about the coating that needs to dry. The owners had the audacity to remind me how lucky I am because any other place, like Coricraft will take much longer.

I am going to try and get my deposit back, which is unlikely, but I want to make sure no one every has to conduct business or need to deal with the business owner. I understand circumstance, but I don't accept lying.
