I'll start by thanking Len for for his super customer service👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. He helped in making the best decision with my choice, worked with me with the budget I had👌🏾. Oh he even offered to atleast take his own R500 for me to be happy in getting what I wanted. Len was great, very patient 🙏🏾. I always recieved feedback when texted for clarity. Shared updates on status of the couche. I love my living room. Give him 100/10. Thank you Len I love my space more. Can't wait to show off Couch Potato's work. No regrets at all.

I ordered two leather couches from The Couch Potato
I ordered two leather couches from The Couch Potato. The waiting period was a month, and I was prepared to wait. Simone regularly updated me and informed that their manufacturers are struggling due to loadshedding. This was expected. However, the honest communication was really appreciated as loadshedding has impacted all industries in South Africa. Once I received my couches, I noticed a small problem with the one cushion. I contacted Simone, and arrangements were made immediately. I am very happy with my purchase. They are exactly what I wanted and the quality worth the wait. Thank you, Simone and The Couch Potato!

Bad service😡😡😡
I bought the lazy bed couch with couch potato last month, after a week I saw that there was a problem with the couch and advised the sales person. He said that they will come pick up the couch and put foam in it, till today they haven’t picked it up. My husband phoned them today and they told him that we need to bring the couch to them. We paid for deliver why must we take the couch to them instead of them coming to fetch it. Process of buying the couch was smooth because they wanted the sale but now they treating us like ****. I used couch potato here in Johannesburg and I was referred by Len, he gave us Beyers and asked him to assist us. I would not refer someone to use couch potato.
