We moved in almost a week and we can't get a entry code On the day of the move the guy wasn't there to give us the keys even though we notified him about the move, it was frustrating He promised to bring the cable to connect the WiFi, a week later he still hasn't come He never answers calls or respond to messages or messages It's as if once they get your money they don't bother to do anything further

The securities by the gate are not so professional…. One guy made me feel like I’m not an enough to go inside the place … however I had all the required documents .. please fix this because his bacteria goes to other or rather maybe they are the same way … nice setup though … however the main entrance is with such attitude… I will have to take this head on with magement

“As little deposit possible back” specialists, if you want to pay R7400 deposit and only get back R1900 then look no further than the ****mers of Riversands. Based on their Google reviews, surely rigged reviews but let’s have the emails validated as the whole organization is a mess, the assistant agent Veli will charge you R3 400 for paint demages as if you spilled tomato sauce on the walls and asked your kiddies to draw wall art all over the walls. You get billed on things that don’t make sense to tenant or lessee. Sharifa is a nightmare case on her own. GCT will take as much money from your utilities wallet as they like, the WiFi is always off, gym is barely functional, sauna rooms haven’t been functional in the 1.5 years I’ve been there, walls have water marks by the corridors, lights go before they should at morning and sunrise, drains are always blocked, the grey water splashes your car and pavements (grey water is water used after bathing by multiple tenants which they use to water the plants), kids scratch your cars, management finance department is a mess, cars are crashed into during my duration staying there, corners do not have a curving mirror so accidents are frequent, they say no quadbikes but there is quads in the parking where cars ought to park. The place smells horrible, can never take a walk. Roaches? Unbearable, soccer field is never watered and is dying the grass is yellow and not maintained, snakes are prevalent, mismanagement of moving from 1 bed to 2 bedrooms is a thing as they don’t pay directly to you but supposedly lessen your rental to the new unit why not pay me back what’s due to me, DO NOT DO IT. Extreme sport. Red flag. Hazardous. Dangerous. Not worth mental sanity

If I could give it zero I would. First of all when we were moving in we struggled with getting a key slip. After getting a key slip we moved into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The shower clogs and the door doesn’t close properly so it floods in your bathroom. There are roaches. I took pictures of the defects that I found in the apartment and reported it to maintenance, it’s been over a week and nothing has been done about it. I’ve been trying to sort out biometrics and the app approved for a week, no assistance at all. The area is nice, the neighbours are a delight but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m looking forward to moving out already.

I give notice via email to move out of the parks where 11 houss representatives are recepients. My email is ignored and the following month they deduct rent again, when I send another email to return my money and deposit, only then do they respond to say my notice will only be valid if i use their online system (did not know about it and they did not respond to the email sent a month ago). Now I will have to recover my money via legal means. Oh and the place is noisy and next to no managment happening there.

Ju-Mari Annandale-Oliver this agent deals with refunds and it my first time to expirence an agent that deals with refund doing follow ups and keep the complaint updated with thier case the expirence i had with her made me to forget the inconvience I expirence when I was over charged for my rent and I was refunded.thank you so much guys for your service
