Not a pleasant experience at the Parks

The experience is not pleasant. The agents allocate you into a different apartment from what you had viewed or seen online. First day of move in. The place was dirty and not cleaned, some of the things and til date I have not been assisted. They state that free wifi but their installation takes quite a while.
