BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

A lady Jennifer is bad news.A gentleman Gustav called black people rubbish and I take that as racial profiling.Nowhere to complain about the behavior or service from staff.Elecyricity plugs are faulty and nobody to fix on site or offsite.Only one staff member in the kitchen serving a lot of guests. When we complained we were kicked out at night.I wouldn't recommend for anybody to experience such a bad service plus racial profiling.
